Find Me at the Crossroads

When life starts to feel like you're at a crossroads, it often feels heavy, lonely, and overwhelming. In the past, my work brought me to a lot of people during this time period in life. Whether it was moving cities/states, divorce, death of a loved one - I found a lot of clients in a crossroad between what was and what will be. But how do we get to what will be if we're stuck in what was, or is? You may have heard the expression, "Old keys won't open new doors," and I'd like to think of working with me as the same expression. I have found that when life is busy and overwhelming, our nervous system can default to it's already existing programs. But when life demands more? You might find that what once worked, no longer does.

That's where I come in. I live for creating order out of chaos, and I get the opportunity to view your circumstances from a fresh, outside lens with problem solving and habit stacking systems built in. Through assessing your current season and systems of life, we identify what is currently moving you towards your goals and ideal life, and what is stealing your time, money, and energy away. This allows us to gain clarity on where you are and what we need to do to get you where you want to be. Once we have that clarity, we can then and only then, start moving into creating systems that alleviate the pressure or stress you may be experiencing from your season of life. These systems that we will design together will be tailored to the goals we have set out to accomplish together. Installing systems into your home gives all the matter a space to coexist. With installing systems, we discuss the consistency and frequency of these systems to provide a stable cadence that progressively pushes you to your desired outcome. The consistency in these systems provides ease in the flow of your day to day life. Once we've established the clarity of systems and their consistency, you can then exist in the freedom that working with Time Aligned brings; freedom of your time, money, and energy.
